Cancellation Policy

To ensure all clients receive the best possible care, we require a clear protocol for scheduling adjustments:

  • Rescheduling Window: Please provide at least 24-48 hours notice for any changes to your appointment time.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% service fee. Exceptions for genuine emergencies at the practitioner's discretion.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice will result in a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule please respond to a confirmation message or there is also a link in your booking confirmation email
